Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital and Heilongjiang Province China-Japan Friendship Hospital is affiliated to Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission and was established on September 8, 1954. The main hospital is located at No. 82 Zhongshan Road, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.
